I use my years of personal training and fitness to create a systematic approach focused on helping people with lifelong skillset development and habit change. This method has been proven to me to be both enjoyable and sustainable.
I'm Luke O Mahony, the owner of Integrative Health. I focus on empowering clients to improve their skillset and knowledge. In doing so, I give them the power and independence to take control of their lifestyle, training, and nutrition to live a happier & healthier life. They achieve their desired results while having a bit of fun and not living a restricted lifestyle.
It's very easy to make someone lose fat and lose weight. The challenge is long-term results, which can be accomplished by approaching your health and fitness in the most enjoyable, optimal, and sustainable way possible.

I first joined Luke, seven weeks out from my first ever bodybuilding show. Some saw this time frame as unrealistic and impossible, but from Luke's point of view, he felt it was entirely do-able. I never really had faith in what my own body could do, nor what I could achieve while training.
